Introduction

Smart glasses are the next up and coming technology.  They are like wearing a tiny computer on your face, and could prove useful in various workplace settings.  The ability to check the weather, or record a video at the simplest command could be very appealing to the everyday tech.  It could also become the next revolutionary technology that changes the way different professions do their work, such as doctors in surgery.  There are so many possibilities for this type of technology, but that also means there are other important topics that need to be addressed with it as well.  Privacy and safety concerns have been raised since smart glasses have released, with good reason.  The ability to record anything with a simple command can make secret recordings easier, which is an invasion of privacy.  The safety concerns are legitimate too, such as driving while wearing the glasses could be as dangerous as texting while driving.  This paper intends on delving into all of the ideas with some detail as to better inform the readers about the technology, and the different issues and possibilities that come with it.
